Power Sockets

The standard voltage in Dubai is 230V, with a frequency of 50Hz. The standard plug type is Type G (UK-style plug with three rectangular flat pins).
Visitors from countries using other plug types are advised to bring a universal adapter.
UAE Visa Information
All participants coming to the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES must confirm whether they need a visa. Some countries/nationalities are exempt from visa requirements based on bilateral agreements. Please check the information below to determine your visa status before proceeding with your travel plans.
Countries with a Visa On Arrival Eligibility

(NORMAL Passport Type)
Citizens of countries that have visa-free agreements with the UAE can enter the country without a visa for a specified period. Even though a visa is not required, you must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration and a minimum of 2 empty pages. If you are a passport holder of the below country or territory, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International and proceed to immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a visit visa free of charge.
Albania, Andorra, Argentina , Armenia, Austria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas Islands, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Montenegro, Monaco, Mongolia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Republic Of Guyana, Republic of Ireland , Romania, Russian Federation, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vatican City.
Visa on arrival process also applies if you are a national of Indonesia, the Philippines, Viet Nam, Thailand, Kenya and South Africa who holds an ordinary passport and a valid residence permit issued by United States of America, European Union Member States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Canada or New Zealand.

- NORMAL Passport Type with a validity of more than 6 months from the entry date to the UAE
- Visa validity to enter the UAE is 60 days from the visa issuance date.
- Please ensure that there is NO existing Visa application or Active Visa to avoid rejection.
- Visa services for 30 Days UAE application is 350 AED.
Requirements:
- Passport copy (at least 6 months valid from the date of travel)
- Updated photo (white background) a MUST
- Copy of Passport Cover Page
- Return Ticket
- Hotel Accommodation/Place to stay (Tenancy Contract)
- For Minors (age less than 18 years old), a birth certificate is required and MUST be applied with either of the parents (MUST TRAVEL TOGETHER if applied as a FAMILY VISA)
- For Indian Nationals, Passport address page is mandatory
Notes:
- Visa processing takes 3-4 working days or more, depending on Immigration.
- Visa application once submitted to the immigration is chargeable/nonrefundable (rejected/ cancelled).
- Approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officials.
- Note that the agency only process NORMAL Passport type. Diplomatic, Service, Official and Special passport type can only be applied through UAE government entities or through UAE Embassy.
